Mantle strengthens commercial team to kickstart portfolio expansion
Mantle, the Stansted-based development and investment company, has strengthened its commercial team with the appointment of Russell Tame and Matthew Chandler to assist in its development portfolio expansion.
Russell Tame joins Mantle as director of development. Previously of Targetfollow and Turnstone Estates, Russell has 11 years' experience in property development and investment in the UK and Europe, with excellent regional and national knowledge across all sectors.
Matthew Chandler joins as development surveyor, having previously worked for Strutt & Parker. He has a broad range of commercial property experience and will be providing technical support for all acquisitions.
Russell and Matthew will be working alongside Guy Baker, executive director of Mantle. Guy comments: "With Russell and Matthew on board the ball is already rolling with two new development site acquisitions this month and more in the pipeline. The expansion of the team strengthens Mantle's position to act swiftly on opportunities that arise within our focus region."
