RSP Consulting Engineers move to Centurion Business Park
Jones Lang LaSalle on behalf of MNOPF Trustees Ltd, has let space at Centurion Business Park, 3 Seaward Place, to RSP Consulting Engineers LLP.
RSP Consulting Engineers LLP, one of the largest private practices based in Scotland, has taken part of the second floor on a 10 year lease at a rental of £15.50 per sq ft. The 184 sq m (1,987 sq ft) unit will be used to relocate the firm from its current Scottish operation at the Pentagon Business Centre.
