Edinburgh's Newhaven harbour goes Italian
Prezzo, the AIM-listed restaurant operator, has made its first move into Scotland by taking on a 3,260 sq ft lease in the redeveloped Newhaven Harbour fish market.
The deal, masterminded by joint agents Colliers CRE and Creevy LLH, on behalf of landlord Forth Property Developments Limited, sees the company, famous for its contemporary Italian cuisine, join the highly successful Loch Fyne restaurant, at the regenerated Edinburgh waterfront location.
