RBS boosts Manchester property finance team

The Royal Bank of Scotland ('RBS') has strengthened its Manchester-based property finance team with the appointments of David Hardman and David Gregory.

The pair have been appointed as new Relationship Managers for the Spinningfields-based commercial property finance team. The team has doubled in size during the last 12 months and now comprises of 40 property professionals, who provide financial solutions for clients across Greater Manchester that have a turnover of between £1m and £25m.

David Hardman joins from the bank's commercial credit department. He has also undertaken risk management roles for RBS in both Leeds and Manchester. David is married with two daughters and lives in Whitefield.

Prior to his new role David Gregory was a Corporate Manager assisting a Relationship Director. David specialises in property investment and development and also in providing funding solutions for housebuilders. He is married with a son and a daughter and lives in Hyde.
