Atholls Chartered Surveyors continue Scottish expansion
Atholls Chartered Surveyors are pleased to announce the opening of their new office in Inverurie, some 18 miles northeast of Aberdeen, to serve both their residential and commercial clients in the Northeast of Scotland area. Inverurie will be the third office for Atholls which already have offices in Aberdeen and Dundee.
This office was opened to service the rapidly expanding Inverurie area as well as the vibrant residential housing market within the northern part of Aberdeenshire and Moray.
Atholls are a multi-disciplinary surveying practice able to carry out all aspects of residential and commercial work as well as project and contract management of new build, refurbishment and extensions to both commercial and residential property. They also have a department specialising in the factoring and management of both residential and commercial properties throughout Scotland.
The commercial services offered include valuation reports, the selling and purchase of all types of property as well as lettings and rent reviews and all other aspects of commerical work.
Through their consultancy agreement with Valunation, one of Britain's leading independent firm of chartered surveyors, Atholls are also able to provide a full range of residential surveying valuation services with reports acceptable to banks, building societies and other mortgage lenders.
