Ladbrokes takes lease in Huddersfield
Threadneedle, advised by Jones Lang LaSalle, has let 68/70 New Street, Huddersfield to Ladbrokes.
The bookmaker has taken the three storey property, with a ground floor sales area of 958 sq ft (89 sq m) retail property on a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £60,000.
