Fisher Hargreaves Proctor let Nottingham retail unit
Acting on behalf of Carol Harvey Estates, Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let the premises at 15 Low Pavement to Miller Harris. The tenant has taken a new 10 year lease at a commencing rent of £20,000 per annum.
Miller Harris is a boutique perfumery with three existing stand alone stores in London, and concessions in Fenwicks, Fortnum and Mason, Bloomingdales, Liberty, and Selfridges, to name but a few.
Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented "I am exceptionally pleased that we have managed to secure yet another new retailer for Nottingham City Centre.
