Town Centre Securities let two units in Leeds
Town Centre Securities, advised by Savills the international real estate advisor, has let two units at the Merrion Shopping Centre, Leeds to Toni Manning and The Abundant Life Church respectively.
Toni Manning, who will trade as WOW Hair & Beauty, has agreed a 10-year lease at 17 Merrion Way, which totals 1,069 sq ft (99 sq m), and will pay an annual rent of £16,000.
The Abundant Life Church has agreed a 10-year lease on 13a Merrion Way, which totals 8,981 sq ft (834 sq m), and will pay an annual rent of £28,600.
Stephen Henderson, associate director at Savills, says: "With its central location and strong tenant base, the Merrion Shopping Centre has proved to be a very successful scheme, which continues to attract a diverse combination of retailers, businesses, restaurants and leisure operators."
Both tenants were unrepresented.
