OFF Developments launches final phase at Rockingham Park
OFF Developments is set to launch the final 18,000 sq ft phase of its 75,000 sq ft Rockingham Park Leisure mixed-use scheme on the northern outskirts of Corby in early summer.
At the beginning of March Hilton opened the UK's first Hampton hotel on the site. The 86-bedroom hotel will be joined by a 10,000 sq ft nightclub operated by PD Entertainment. A seven-figure fit-out is expected to be completed by 15th May.
PD Entertainment's managing director 'Rocky' Duggal said: "We will be able to offer a venue which will prove a huge attraction across the East Midlands region. It will boost the Corby economy and ensure that people no longer have to travel to Kettering or Leicester for a more exciting night life."
The £10m scheme which was funded by Dunbar Bank already boasts a very successful Wetherspoons pub, as well as Dominos, Subway and Greggs.
OFF Developments director Mike Foster said: "It has been fantastic to see the development take shape. Our final phase has already attracted strong interest from a range of retail and leisure operators. Corby is very much on the up."
The Market Harborough-based developer is now exploring other joint venture opportunities in the East Midlands region.
