Two new lettings at Larbert's Glenbervie Business Park
J Smart & Co (Contractors) plc is pleased to announce two lettings at Sheilling House on Glenbervie Business Park, Larbert, only eight weeks following practical completion of this latest phase of the Park's development.
Lettings have been secured with GB Oils and Cruise Specialists. GB Oils has expanded from the adjoining Tryst House and will occupy the ground floor extending to 5,860 sq ft and Cruise Specialists has leased 2,910 sq ft of the first floor.
