Our client, a major international and multi-disciplinary firm of chartered surveyors seeks a qualified surveyor with up to 2 years PQE to join its valuations team. The role will involve undertaking secured lending valuations, investment valuations for a number of funds and corporate valuations on behalf of blue chip clients.
As well as having the necessary core competencies and skills the successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen
