Our client is currently at a very exciting stage with their business where they have a large existing client base and are growing rapidly and they are now looking for an Architectural Technician to join the team. Current projects have a construction cost up to the value of £1m, allowing the client to manage the whole process and the team members to maintain a personal relationship with customers both old and new. Services provided by the client include housing developments, flatted developments, self build, feasibility studies, bespoke homes, home extensions, conservatories, attic conversions, garage conversions, planning and warrant applications, construction advice and construction management.

Applicants will ideally have 4yrs experience within a private practice. You will be competent in planning and building warrant applications, preparation of detailed drawings and the use of AutoCAD. You will be given autonomy within the role to manage your own workload and job run. As an effective communicator you will be comfortable in liaising with clients throughout the project.
