Job Title: Architectural Technician - HousebuildingCompany: Maxwell Bruce

Details:
One of Scotland’s most prestigious housebuilders, based in the south side of Glasgow. Our client is one of Scotland’s most prestiguious housebuilders specialising in quality homes for a niche market. They are renowned for the architecture and design of many special features that make their homes unique. As privately owned company they have their own in-house technical team and are currently working on 120-150 units per year.
Principle duties within the role will be:-
Preparation & submitting & building warrant applications for standard housing projects
Liaising with local authorities for warrant approvals
Liaising onsite
Preparation of deed plans
Checking timber frame/truss & stair drawings/designs
Key Skills
Fully conversant with current buildng & NHBC regs
Fully conversant with AutoCAD software 9 preferably version LT2006
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with others
Work to deadlines & submission targets
