Kenmore secure new letting at Clydebank Business Park
Jones Lang LaSalle and joint agent Neil Munro have achieved a new letting to Business Gateway at Erskine house, Clydebank Business Park, Clydebank after Kenmore's recent purchase of the building.
Business Gateway, a subsidiary of the Scottish executive, has taken a 2,044 sq ft suite on a 5 year FRI lease. Erskine House extends over four floors, and now has three suites available on the second floor providing accommodation from 190 sq m (2,045 sq ft) to 627.6 sq m (6,756 sq ft). The accommodation is being offered at a rental of £12.50 per sq ft on flexible lease lengths.
Clydebank Business Park is opposite Clydebank Shopping Centre and houses major occupiers including: Clydesdale Bank; NAG Life; Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire; Radio Clyde; Scottish National Heritage; Response Handling Ltd.
