Colliers CRE in new lets at Clydeside and Cumbernauld
Glasgow-based distribution and logistics company Baird Lends A Hand Limited and Recap NLanarkshire, a charitable organisation which collects and redistribute second hand furniture and white goods, are poised to move to newly refurbished industrial premises in Clydebank Industrial Estate and Wardpark, Cumbernauld. The move follow the successful negotiations by Colliers CRE and respective landlords for the units, Rockspring HPUT and Denwolf Property.
Baird Lends A Hand has entered into a five year FRI lease for 10,160 sq ft at £31,000 per annum for Block 14, Unit 1 at Clydebank Industrial Estate, while Recap NLanarkshire takes on 10,968 sq ft at 51 Napier Road, Wardpark, Cumbernauld, on an annual rent of £39,500 for the same lease duration.
Colin McManus, associate director with Colliers CRE, said: "These latest transactions are a testimony to the demand for newly refurbished industrial units. There is strong market for 10,000 sq ft properties around West Central Scotland, with occupiers particularly attracted to well presented units."
