Savills expands its office management portfolio in Leeds
Savills has expanded its office portfolio in Leeds with a recent appointment from Oberto Ltd to manage Church Court in Morley, Leeds.
The fully-let purpose built office buildings, developed in mid-2000, incorporate six units and tenants include Sodexho, Schindler and Anchor Trust.
Lee Pickles, director at Savills, comments: "We are delighted to have been appointed to manage Church Court. Combining a prime location with highly specified office space, it has attracted some excellent tenants and we look forward to working very closely with Oberto to help them achieve their objectives.
"This appointment is very much in line with our team's strategy to expand our management portfolio and work with a broad range of clients on diverse projects."
