Jones Lang LaSalle appointed on Leeds business park
Munroe K has appointed leading commercial property agent, Jones Lang LaSalle, on its flagship out of town business park development - White Rose Office Park in Leeds.
Jeff Pearey, head of Jones Lang LaSalle's Office Agency team, joins existing agents Adam Cockroft of DTZ and Guy Cooke of Knight Frank who have successfully marketed the scheme over the last six years.
Jeff Pearey said; "Jones Lang LaSalle's appointment on White Rose Office Park is highly significant as the scheme not only offers one of the most prestigious office environments in Leeds, but from a personal point of view my knowledge of and involvement with the scheme stretches back over more than 15 years.
