Gecko New Media expand in Edinburgh's West End
Gecko New Media has moved to new offices at Melville Street, Edinburgh, announced Jones Lang LaSalle today.
The web design company has signed a five-year deal worth £19,350 per annum to lease a 1,045 square feet (97 square metre) space on the first floor of 44 Melville Street.
Sara Thomson, graduate surveyor with Jones Lang LaSalle, which acted for Gecko New Media, said: "The accommodation has benefited from being recently refurbished to provide good quality traditional townhouse space. The additional accommodation will allow Gecko to grow over the coming years."
Gecko New Media was previously based in Chester Street, Edinburgh.
