Bright 3D lease new offices at the Sugarbond in Leith, Edinburgh
Leading design firm Bright 3D has signed a five-year deal to lease a stunning penthouse office suite at the Sugarbond building at Anderson Place, Leith.
The suite, which extends to 1,814 square feet, features a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Edinburgh skyline.
The firm, experts in creating visitor experiences for retail environments, exhibitions, museum and galleries, was formed after a management buyout of Navyblue 3D and was previously located at the Corn Exchange on Constitution Street.
Geoff Scott, of Jones Lang LaSalle, which acted for the landlord Kenmore Property Group, said: "The top floor suite certainly has the wow factor and provided Bright 3D with exactly the sort of working environment they were looking for. The company joins Chase Recruitment in the building which occupies the ground floor, leaving 15,163 square feet of high quality open plan offices and car parking available in suites from 2,453 square feet."
