Demand for quality regeneration projects set to grow

Rettie & Co have announced the launch of a new specialist team providing advice and agency support for Regeneration Projects. The leading property company is predicting further projects that will require dedicated expertise to ensure strategies are well planned and executed.

Matthew Benson, Director of Land & New Homes, commented: "From an early involvement in the Urban Villages Forum, we have taken an active role working with and understanding the dynamics of regeneration projects. Our involvement in this sector has grown rapidly and the recent successful launch of projects with PARC and Places for People, where we have acted as residential consultants and selling agents, has highlighted the growing need for professional support in this area. We work with contacts in both the public and private sector to develop effective strategies from the initial master planning stages through to the sales and marketing of the properties and we are also actively involved in exploring new ways of delivering more affordable housing."
