Space Solutions expand into new Glasgow offices
As the result of a period of rapid growth and expansion, architecture and workplace planning practice Space Solutions has moved into larger offices in the heart of Glasgow's business district.
Eighteen months after launching its first operation in the city, Space Solutions has relocated into refurbished city centre offices at 202 Bath Street. The move reflects the company's continued success in Glasgow and allows for the extension of client services in the future.
Director Derek Binnie said: "We have seen a significant increase in activity across each of our service offerings. The business is about to commence a series of exciting new projects that will sustain and enhance this growth. The new office move further cements our reputation as leading workplace designers in the Scottish marketplace."
Space are also delighted to announce the appointment of a new business development manager for Glasgow. John Mulgrew joins the team, bringing with him a wealth of experience in delivering workplace solutions.
He said: "Space have been setting the industry standards in workplace planning and design and I am delighted to join the team at this exciting time."
Space Solutions announced last month it was embarking on an ambitious growth strategy to further capture a significant share of the booming commercial property market in the region.
The company, which currently employs over 100 staff in offices across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen, has set a turnover target of £15million for 2008 and aims to recruit around 20 professionals including architects, quantity surveyors and project managers in the next six months.
