CB Richard Ellis take on lettings at East Kilbride
CB Richard Ellis (Scotland) has announced its appointment as joint letting agents for the 1.2million square foot East Kilbride Shopping Centre, on behalf of PropInvest.
With over 230 units, East Kilbride (EK) Shopping Centre is the largest enclosed shopping centre in Scotland situated in the heart of Scotland's most successful new town. Its anchor tenants include Debenhams, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer as well as a 9-screen Odeon cinema, full size ice rink and Carlton Bingo.
