Knight Frank lets Hamilton retail space to Optomeyes
Acting on behalf of private investor Deshen Property, Knight Frank has let 62-64 Quarry Street, Hamilton to Carla di Mambro, trading as Optomeyes.
The shop unit totals 887 sq ft of floor space and is contained on the ground floor of a three storey sandstone tenement. Optomeyes has agreed a 15 year FRI lease at a commencing rent of £28,000 per annum.
