Knight Property Group confirms major Aberdeen office letting
Aberdeen's Knight Property Group Plc confirms major 10-year lease agreement for Wellington House in Altens.
The tenant - a leading exploration and production company - has newly gained entry to the premises. The identity of the tenant is not yet being disclosed.
This significant deal is for the entire office pavilion, which extends to 20,341 square feet across two floors and is being leased at £18.50 per sq ft. Set within a highly commercial area with arterial transport links, Wellington House provides Knight Property Group's client with the perfect base from which to serve its global market.

"Wellington House has been a very successful project for Knight Property Group. On securing this prime site, we knew that a high-quality speculative build would be a profitable addition to our rapidly expanding portfolio. The fact that it has been snapped up by a major player in the international oil and gas sector is testament to the merits of this property."
