Hortons gains twice at Birmingham industrial estate
One of the region's leading landlords is celebrating a double letting at Aston Expressway Industrial Estate.
Hortons' has signed up ORS UK, office refurbishment and recycling specialists on a 10 year lease for 8000 sq ft at this prime city centre gateway location.
Mark Fitzgerald from ORS UK said: "We planned to expand our business from our head office in Burton on Trent and searched the market for the right premises.
"Aston offered the perfect combination for our new showroom, providing customer parking and warehouse space as well as an excellent location and transport links."
Accessibility was also a key consideration for NVRS Traders Ltd, which has agreed a 5 year lease on unit 2, measuring 7000 sq ft.
With just one unit remaining on the industrial park, Hortons' is confident that it will secure interest in view of its close proximity to the M6 and national motorway network.
Hortons' has plans to expand its industrial portfolio adding to investments in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, as well as its more traditional home ground in the West Midlands, which has become a hub for logistics and distribution operators.
Joint agents, Natrass Giles and Atisreal UK, acted on behalf of Hortons' in both deals.
