The pension fund of Cameron Harris Design & Build Limited, has secured Dunfermline based AviIT Limited on a five year lease at £14.75 per Sqft for the ground floor of No. 2 George Square, Dunfermline.
AviIT Limited have for the past six years been providing advanced IT solutions to the aviation industry, with leading clients such as Virgin Atlantic and BMI.
Cameron Harris Design & Build have been responsible for the design and development of over ¼ million sqft of business accommodation in West Fife alone and are a market leader in the design and build of office and industrial buildings in East Central Scotland.
