ALL ABOUT PROPERTY EXECUTIVE

Property Executive is the magazine for Scotland's booming property sector. The magazine, established in 1993, is distributed free of charge to those involved in the Scottish property sector - surveyors, architects, property developers, estate agents, property letting & management companies and property lawyers. The title is also delivered to key surveyors offices, and property management offices in order that clients of these firms can 'pick-up' a copy to take home and read at their leisure.

The bi-monthly title was acquired by FIRM Publications in 2001 and was completely relaunched that year, under the editorship of Nick Bibby. Property Executive now has a minimum 72 full colour glossy pages each edition and a circulation of no less than 7,500, with a readership of over 20,000.

The magazine covers the hot property news and issues, whilst also making room for in-depth interviews with the leading industry figures. Other areas that the title covers are residential property, leisure and lifestyle and motoring for property executives.
