Drivers Jonas Scotland appoint senior surveyor in Edinburgh office
Drivers Jonas in Edinburgh has appointed Sandy Gilmour as a Senior Surveyor within
the transaction team - specialising in commercial property development, agency and
property investment.
Sandy joins Drivers Jonas from Roxburgh & Company where he was head of agency
and development. Prior to Roxburgh & Company, Sandy gained extensive experience
of the Scottish commercial property market with a number of blue chip organisations,
including Montagu Evans, Jones Lang LaSalle and Graham & Sibbald.
Sandy's key skills include specific experience of assessing the viability of
development projects and he has considerable experience of the Edinburgh office
market. Sandy has also been involved in the acquisition, disposal and development
of some 278,000 sq ft of Edinburgh office space during the last two years.
