New appointments at Ross + Liddell
Ross + Liddell, the property people, have made a series of senior appointments as part of an ongoing strategy to recruit staff in response to a significant expansion in business activity.
The four new recruits are: Grant Craig, New Business Manager; Caroline Clark, Head of Residential Letting; Ian Tupman, Building Surveyor and Alison MacGregor, Residential Property Manager. In addition, Sharon Blyth has relocated from Ross + Liddell's Paisley office to its Glasgow head office to bolster its expanding commercial department as Commercial Property Manager.
Commenting on these new appointments, chairman of Ross + Liddell, John Harris, said, "I'm delighted to welcome my new colleagues into the firm. The valuable skills and experience they bring will help take Ross + Liddell to the next stage of our development. These appointments, together with a recent corporate restructure at board level, mean that we are now better placed than ever before to expand both the range of services we provide and the markets we serve throughout Scotland."
Ross + Liddell currently employs a staff of 80 from offices in Glasgow, Paisley and Edinburgh. Recent years have seen the firm expand the range of residential and commercial property services it provides, including property management, estate agency, surveys, valuations, rent reviews, letting, insurance and building surveying.
