New Inverness office for Brewin Dolphin
Brewin Dolphin, the largest independent investment manager in the UK is moving to larger offices in Inverness. The company is relocating to Lyle House at Fairways Business Park from existing office at Kintail House.
The new office suite extends to 2,200 sq ft and Brewin Dolphin has agreed a 15-year lease, with a 10-year break option with an annual rental of £31,000 (£14.09 per sq ft). Other occupiers at Lyle House include the landlord Ardnacoille Properties and Mapeley.
Commenting on the deal, Neil Allan from King Sturge said: "Brewin Dolphin is doubling office space in Inverness and the new office also offers scope for future expansion".
Brewin Dolphin has six Scottish locations at Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Elgin, Dundee, Dumfries and Glasgow. King Sturge advised Brewin Dolphin, whilst Allied Soutar Jaffrey acted for landlord Ardnacoille Properties.
