Evans Easyspace to bring its flexible office space to Dundee
Evans Easyspace, the UK's leading provider of new, flexible, offices and workshops for small and growing businesses, is to develop a £2.8m Evans Business Centre in Dundee.
Situated within the Dunisnane Estate, the centre will provide over 22,000 sq ft of quality workspace in the area, making a significant contribution to the local business community. Subject to planning, Evans Easyspace will provide 24 offices and 12 workshops, ranging in size from 225 sq ft to 1,100 sq ft, designed to suit the changing needs of developing businesses.
The easy-in, easy-out terms allow the business needs to dictate the size of workspace and not the other way round. This tried and tested service offering has proven highly successful across the UK and there is expected to be strong demand in Dundee for the flexible offices and workshops. Subject to planning, it is hoped that construction will begin in early summer 2008.
Tom Stokes, Evans Easyspace managing director, said: "This development will provide much needed workspace within a growing small business community. The Evans Easyspace philosophy is to build first class accommodation designed for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) that offers easy-in, easy-out terms, thereby encouraging business growth. We have a strong presence in Scotland, with almost a quarter of our Evans Business Centres located here, and are dedicated to creating a sustainable future through employment, improving the economy and enhancing the environment."
The Evans Easyspace development will be designed to achieve a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good' for its environmental performance which means that the businesses that choose to locate here can do so with confidence, knowing that they are working in an environmentally approved building.
Evans Business Centre, Dundee will offer many benefits including telephony and broadband and is ideally located for motorway access to many major Scottish cities.
