Modus pre-lets unit in Blackpool's Houndshill Shopping Centre
Modus, advised by Savills, has pre let Unit N3 at the Houndshill Shopping Centre Extension in Blackpool.
The fashion retailer has agreed a new 15-year lease on the 23,200 sq ft (2,155 sq m) store and will pay an annual rent of £390,000.
Peter Barker, director of Savills, comments: "New Look is an excellent addition to the already impressive tenant line up at Houndshill, which includes Debenhams, River Island, Next, Clarks, H&M;, Jane Norman and Barratts.
"The extension opens this summer and we will be announcing the arrival of further exciting retailers in the very near future".
Savills, Keenan & Co and Lunson Mitchenall are joint agents for Modus. New Look is represented by CBRE.
