Venmore launch Southport commercial property branch
Venmore is reinforcing its position as one of the North West's leading property specialists with the launch of a new walk-in commercial property branch on Southport's Lord Street in February.
The move is a major stide forward for Venmore following its formal merger with commercial property firm Dears Brack in November 2007. Venmore Commercial will share premises with Ball & Percival, part of the Venmore group.
Venmore Commercial partner Peter Brack said expanding its commercial presence is a vital part of the firm's expansion strategy growing beyond its traditional residential reputation.
"The move to Southport reflects our hunger to offer clients the complete property package," he said. "We believe Southport needs greater commercial property expertise, there is no other dedicated commercial team in the town. We will be offering clients a comprehensive range of services including selling, surveying and valuing commercial property. In addition other services will include architectural design, surveyor and project management, property and asset management as well as the chance to enter our successful auctions. We have specific expertise in the leisure industry and want to work with hotels, restaurants, bars and other licensed premises."
