Caversham Trading continue Northwest expansion into Manchester
Caversham Trading Ltd (t/a BrightHouse) are continuing with their expansion programme in the northwest by acquiring the above premises on a new 10 year lease from Centrelease Ltd (The Wrather Group) at a commencing rental of £50,000 p.a.
The unit has a gross floor area on the ground floor only of 4200 sq.ft. and is immediately adjacent to such companies as Peacocks, Wilkinsons (27000 sq.ft.), Quality Save and other prime multiples.
The Transaction was turned around in three weeks from start to commencement of shop fitting.
