SGM Property Consultants bag new retailer for Scottish malls
SGM Property Consultants have recently concluded the first two openings for Bags Etc in Scotland in Ocean Terminal (Edinburgh) and Silverburn (Glasgow).
The Ocean Terminal unit comprises 1,300 sq ft and Bags Etc have taken this on a new full repairing and insuring lease at a rising rent starting at £37,000 p.a.
The unit in the Wintergarden area of Silverburn comprises 1,592 sq ft on a new lease at a rent of £60,000 p.a. Brasier Freeth acted for Bags Etc and SGM acted for Retail Property Holdings and Ocean Terminal Ltd.
