Another deal for Spectrum Estates at Glasgow's Southside Park
Spectrum Estates have secured another occupier at Southside Park in Glasgow where joint agents James Barr and FG Burnett have successfully concluded the sale of a new 10,000 sq ft unit to Akela Construction at a price of £850,000.
Akela Construction who specialise in ground and services engineering and are relocating their business from East Kilbride. Akela join a host of names within the location including Howden Joinery, Soundtex, Salon Services and speedy Hire.
There are currently 2 serviced plots totalling 4 acres available for sale, or alternatively, Spectrum Estates may consider further design and build projects.
Commenting on the sale, David Reid of James Barr said: "In a tight sales market, we are very pleased with this deal at a price which signifies confidence in the location and standard of build Spectrum have produced. We are positive that the further plots on site will achieve a good level of interest in the near future."
