Jones Lang LaSalle let Glasgow retail space to Keystone
Jones Lang LaSalle has let Glasgow city centre retail space to UK convenience chain Keystore within four weeks of being appointed to market the space.
The retailer, which sells snacks, alcohol and groceries, has taken a 25 year lease on unit 4/5 27 Bridge Street.
The site, which totals 195 sq m (2,100 sq ft), has been let at a rent of £21,000 per annum.
Carol Morrison, from Jones Lang LaSalle's Retail team, said: "Central and prominent convenience store locations continue to be sought after by expanding chains such as Keystore. Bridge Street's prominent corner position and our proactive marketing approach enabled us to let the space quickly."
Jones Lang LaSalle represented City Link Development Company Limited while Keystore were unrepresented.
