Knight Frank at the double in Aberdeen

Knight Frank's office agency team has scored a double in Aberdeen with the completion of two new office lets.

Acting on behalf of a Plc client, Knight Frank has sub-let Hillview House at East Tullos Industrial Estate to Imorph Ltd at a rent of 39,300 per annum until 2011.

Hillview House comprises a 2,807 sq ft, two storey, detached office building with 11 car parking spaces provided to the rear of the premises. The property provides open plan office accommodation on the ground floor and a series of cellular offices at first floor level.

The property is situated on the eastern side of Hilllview Road between Greenback Road and Greenbank Crescent in the East Tullos area of Aberdeen. Hillview House provides easy access to Wellington Road, one of the main arterial routes to the south of the city, linking to the A90 south to Dundee and Edinburgh.

In another deal, International Cable Management Ltd have taken over a first floor office suite at Links Place, Aberdeen in a deal brokered by Knight Frank's office agency team. They have taken an assignation of a 15 year FRI lease expiring in 2020 with break options in 2010 and 2015. The rent is 37,000 per annum.

The accommodation comprises a self contained, first floor office suite, within a modern two storey office building. The remainder of the building is occupied by the landlord, Aberdeen Fabrication Ltd. The accommodation is predominantly open plan, together with two private offices, a kitchen facility and male and female toilets. Car parking and a secure yard area extending to 200 sq m are also included in the lease.

The property is located within a modern development in Links Place, just off Wellington Street, in close proximity to the Boulevard Retail Park and Queens Links Leisure Park. The property is ideally situated to provide easy access to the busy harbour area, city centre, and all routes north, south and west of the city. Other occupiers in the area include Langstane Press and Hydrasun.
