Esk Properties sells further unit at its Edinburgh development
Working on behalf of Esk Properties, Donaldsons and King Sturge has sold a 1,900 sq ft unit at the prestigious Edinburgh New Town mixed use development on the corner of Eyre Place and Dundas Street.
Unit 3, Eyre Place has been sold to Apple Health Care for £485,000 for use as a chemist and will be owner occupied.
Nadir Khan-Juhoor, associate with Donaldsons in Edinburgh, explained: "We have witnessed unprecedented demand for these high quality units which are in a prime location in the heart of Edinburgh. Two months ago we sold units to Pagoda PR and Kitchens International and with only one remaining unit for sale, we're expecting it to be snapped up shortly.
"The marketing campaign has been focused on attracting good quality occupiers that compliment the upper floors of the building which consists of 24 luxurious high quality residential flats and penthouses being developed by Applecross."
Donaldsons and King Sturge acted on behalf of Esk Properties and Apple Health Care was unrepresented.
