Two Edinburgh office deals completed by J & E Shepherd
J & E Shepherd chartered surveyors has concluded a pair of lettings in the
Edinburgh office market.
Hopetoun Gate, situated at 8 McDonald Road in Edinburgh has been let to South East of Scotland Transport Partnership at an initial rental of £40,500 per annum on a 10 year Full Repairing and Insuring (FRI) lease. The modern open plan offices extend to 250 square metres. Shepherd acted for Sane Investments.
Lothian and Borders Police have taken a 10 year FRI lease on Fettes Park, on Edinburgh's Ferry Road. The initial rental for the 255 square metre modern open plan offices is in the region of £50,000 per annum. Shepherd advised Abercastle Holdings.
