Manchester Investment Company acquires Cumbernauld Industrial Property
Acting on behalf of Manchester based property Investment company Jaymar Estates Limited, King Sturge has acquired the long leasehold interest in this single-let industrial investment at 5 Drum Mains Park, Orchardston Woods, Cumbernauld.
The property extends to 31,000 ft2 and is let to iResponse Centres Limited until 31st May 2016 at a rental of £152,725 per annum.
The purchase price was £1.588 million which provided the purchaser with a net initial yield of 8.8%.
The vendors were represented by Montagu Evans and James Barr.
