Colliers CRE cleans up with Starlaw disposal
Starlaw Park, a high-specification development off J3a at Livingston, has been sold by Colliers CRE on behalf Adam & Company Property Partnership. The 41,150 sq ft property has been acquired by Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh and Lothian (SEEL), for £2.2m, to spearhead its drive to provide state-of-the-art self-contained cleanroom facilities for nanotechnology, micro and optoelectronics companies.
