Vienna Apartments is a two phase development. In the first stage, a mix from the 33 stunning studio, one, two and three-bedroom conversions will be released for sale on the 23rd. These warehouse style properties will be created from the Victorian B-listed building located on Mitchell Street. "We have already received interest from a broad spectrum of prospective buyers including young professionals through to those looking to downsize and take advantage of the location with an array of amenities only a few footsteps away."
Phase two, currently under construction provides a 10 storey new-build development adjacent to phase one and will provide 44 one and two bedroom apartments. Both phases will also offer a selection of commercial space.
Andrew Burrell, Managing Director of The Burrell Company adds: "We are delighted to be able to rejuvenate the magnificent beauty and splendour of this wonderful Listed building that passers-by are inclined to overlook at the moment.
"We are creating a new lease of life for these buildings which, when complete, will offer a spectacular place to live, helping this part of Glasgow become a top residential hot spot."
Vienna Apartments will exude contemporary style with historic charm creating a vibrant new place to live in what is an already popular part of the city centre.
Prospective buyers will be spoilt for choice with the mix of stylish bars, restaurants and boutiques within close proximity. Plus the development will be perfect for those working in the city centre but also offers excellent commuter links to further afield with the city's underground line located nearby.
Russell Wilkie of The Premier Property Group, said: "This is an ambitious and dedicated regeneration scheme and one we are thrilled to be part of. The city continues to attract homebuyers from across Scotland and the UK, and we are confident Vienna Apartments will be a great success."
