Savills in Birmingham make new appointment
Savills Birmingham has expanded its out of town retail team with the appointment of Sarah Heynes at its new office in Innovation Court on Edmund Street.
Sarah joins the company as a surveyor with over four years property experience in the region having previously worked at G&C; Finance and DTZ. She will work alongside head of out of town retail in Birmingham, Tim Doughty, on a variety of large scale retail and regeneration projects including a substantial amount of work for Tesco.
Tim Doughty, comments: "We are very pleased to welcome Sarah to the team. She has a wide range of experience in the industry, which will no doubt prove to be a great asset in our mixed use development projects."
