Leeds office rents hold firm
Headline office rents held firm in Leeds in the second quarter of this year, according to the latest ROMP research by global property consultancy Knight Frank.
ROMP (Regional Office Market Presentation) is Knight Frank's online interactive tool which provides detailed market comparisons of all the key regional UK cities from 2002 onwards and is updated quarterly to enable its clients to track market performance.
Prime Rents remained at a peak of £27 per sq ft in the centre of Leeds, but are forecast to drop to £26 per sq ft by the end of this year.
