Eddisons finalises industrial letting in Huddersfield
Leading commercial property agent, Eddisons has finalised a 100,000 sq ft letting on behalf of longstanding client, Wharfedale Finance, which has resulted in Huddersfield-based Adams Fire Surround agreeing a new lease for an industrial / warehouse unit and separate office building on the town's St Thomas Road.
The property will now be used by Adams as a showroom and warehouse - a move that allows the company to expand upon their existing operation at Meltham Mills Industrial Estate.
Paul Andrew from Eddisons' Huddersfield office commented: "As well as its excellent location on the outskirts of Huddersfield town centre and easy accessibility from the ring-road, the St Thomas Street property also benefited from its sheer size. And as there is a shortage of similar large industrial property within the Kirklees area, this final factor proved decisive when finalising the deal with Adams"
The lease was agreed off an asking rent of £2.50 per sq ft.
