Australian retailer opens first UK store at The Centre in Livingston
Australian retailer Howards Storage World is set to open its first UK store at The Centre in Livingston, owned by Land Securities.
The company, which specialises in storage and organisation solutions for the home, has agreed a 15 year lease on a 5,000 sq ft unit at the Scottish shopping destination.
Howards Storage World is a firmly-established brand down-under where it has a network of 64 stores, as well as a further 18 international stores in locations including New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Dubai and Ireland. It offers hundreds of clever and innovative storage ideas to promote a fresh and simple approach to organised living.
Katherine Armstead, portfolio manager, Land Securities, said: "We are thrilled to attract this international retailer The Centre in Livingston for its first UK opening. This specialist retailer will offer shoppers something truly unique and I'm sure Howards will be well received."
