Savills appointed letting agent for Whitehall Riverside development in Leeds
Savills has recently been appointed as the joint letting agent by Town Centre Securities (TCS) at its Whitehall Riverside development in Leeds.
The exclusive new waterside office scheme, masterplanned by renowned architects Carey Jones, has planning consent for over 500,000 sq ft (46,450 sq m) of accommodation and is set in the heart of the city's West End, which has established itself as the new commercial core in Leeds. The first building, No1 Whitehall Riverside, was designed to provide highly specified grade A office space and the BCO (British Council for Offices) award winning building has already attracted occupiers such as Cobbetts, Bank of New York and Grant Thornton.
In addition, TCS has detailed planning consent for the next two phases at the scheme, which will also be designed to deliver grade A BREEAM excellent accommodation.
