New letting at Buchanan Gate Business Park, Stepps.
Hot on the heels of a recent letting to Thyssen Krupp, Scarborough Group International has announced another letting within Buchanan Gate Business Park, Stepps.
The UK-wide firm of Civil Engineers, C Spencer Limited, is relocating from Glasgow city centre to Buchanan Gate having taken a new 10 year lease of 2,400 sq ft within Building 2 at a rental of £14.50 per sq ft.
C Spencer is the latest high profile occupier to join the Park alongside existing occupiers Barratt Homes, BAM Construction, Sodexho, ROK, Thyssen Krupp Elevators and The Richmond Fellowship. Following this recent letting only one suite, extending 4,250 sq ft, now remains available within the Park.
Upon securing the deal, Tim Jacobsen of joint agents Ryden said: "Our client, Scarborough Group International, has secured yet another letting by delivering attractive and flexible accommodation set within a modern business park environment. We are delighted to conclude this deal and expect to find an occupier for our last remaining suite soon."
Buchanan Gate Business Park now extends to approximately 100,000 sq ft of built product, with further detailed planning consent for 50,000 sq ft of offices and a stand-alone nursery facility. The Park also has an on-site Travel Inn and Brewsters Family Pub/Restaurant at the entrance to the Park.
